I really was impressed with the quality of the apartments, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the entirety of the organization. The management was also exceptionally friendly and helpful, and provided all the details and information needed to move in smoothly.

|Recommended: YesOverall great experience — I really liked living here My favorite part was the big beds. Other places are the same price for tiny beds and that is just not worth it to me. We could definitely hear the people above us but it wasn’t bad and it never kept us up.

|Recommended: NoI’m a little confused, but okay. — I’m confused why I’m paying so much more in rent than originally agreed on. Since renovations, things have gone down hill. Paint peels, doors stick, there are sewage backups, and there seems to be some conflict regarding parking, even though so much is available. Management can be pretty difficult to get ahold. Cosmetically, a great place to live. Super close to campus, which is awesome considering internet access is incredibly unreliable.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My apartment was great there were still a few small things still being put together in the apartment when we moved in but everything else was clean and in good condition. There is great street parking and the underground parking is pretty good. It's only about a ten minute walk to campus in a straight line to the bottom of the south stairs.
|Recommended: YesBest Place in Provo — I am so excited about living here. The management and staff is actually so amazing. Haven't had any issues. they are understanding and always quick to get back to me. It is sooo nice with plenty of storage space. I am able to move everything into here that I need to to feel comfortable and at home. Super happy with it. Only downside is my room window is right by the porch balcony chairs so when people are out there I can clearly hear it. But other than that it's perfection
